Step aside, Oura Ring — not only does this ring provide the same kind of health and sleep tracking information, but there's no monthly subscription fee to worry about. When it comes to step count and calories, I compared it directly with my Apple Watch, and the results were almost identical — only a 12-step difference and just 65 calories off. It also tracks my sleep, which I could never do with my Apple Watch since it needed charging by evening. If you’re looking for a well-priced ring that actually works and delivers the same data as those high-end options, this is the one. Plus, it looks great too!

I was hesitant about purchasing this ring. There is little information about the app. The website is very hard to find and no information on how to wear the ring. The ring is great. I am wearing it on my ring finger (right hand) and it is working great. The free app ( Qring) is fantastic. Tracks everything, is very informative and even connects to your Apple health app. These are all things I wish I would’ve had more information about, but I am very glad I purchased this ring. I used to have a FitBit wristband, but didn't want to wear it any longer. So I looked into a fitness ring. I decided to try this based on reviews and price. I really like how I forget it's on and can do my exercises and go about my day. I don't even notice it while sleeping so I've been able to better monitor my sleep habits. Somehow I lost mine, so I'm ordering 2 more. I'll probably find mine the day I get the new ones!!!! The only drawback currently is that I can't monitor my heart rate while exercising if I set a program to track steps (I ride an indoor exercise bike and lift weights and I want the effort converted to steps). But I can look back on the data to see how I did afterwards. I'm hoping they'll come out with an upgrade to the app that will allow this. I also love that I can track my stress level and heart rate throughout the day.

I have had my ring approximately one week. Great ring, better app. Things I could not find out from the website: How to wear it: I wear mine on my right ring finger. It works perfectly. What is the app: Qring. This is the best health app. Absolutely shows you every detail. blood oxygen, HRV, heart rate, sleep, activity, steps, calories and even stress level. I was very hesitant about buying this ring only because I did not know the above information. I hope this helps someone choose this ring

This has been a great overall health tracking ring. It did take a bit longer than anticipated to arrive but it has been great. I also love that you can snap a photo with a motion of your finger! App is user friendly.

I went through five different fitness rings before I saw this one. This ring is great!! And the price point is fantastic!! Definitely great quality for the price!! It's very light weight, which I love!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is because I have slim fingers and it's a little thick for me,(I have to take it off periodically to give my fingers a break, lol) and I wish it came in 1/2 sizes!!!

Wanted a smart ring without the hefty price tag and monthly subscription. I have only had my ring for a couple of days and not giving a full review. The ring is beautiful, fits really nicely (keep in mind you need to size up). No issues with pairing it to Iphone. The app is easy to use and has all the tracking as the expensive brands. So far liking the ring and its functionality.
