I LOVE this product for years I tried the plaque removal and teeth cleaning powders (did absolutely nothing) and my dog's teeth got worse and worse. She's almost 7 years old and I wanted to get her teeth cleaned. It worked incredibly well. I started on the lowest setting to get her used to it. we did 3 sessions total of about 5-7 minutes over 5 days. Did it all by myself without help. Shyla got a super good treat after every session for being such a champ. About the product: Battery life is great. I had to charge it on arrival when I got it but that's normal. I used the first 3 settings in the beginning. The third setting only on the very far back molars after she got used to it in the front. This comes with many accessories which I personally didn't have to use for Shyla but I'm sure is nice to have just in case. Make sure your dog is in a calm environemnt with you and that will help immensly. Just keep that in mind when you want to try this for your dog.
